Getting Rid of LeetCode Interviews in the World of AI

AI-fueled innovation is accelerating all around us, but one thing that is not changing are FAANG "leetcode" interviews. Experienced developers continue to be subjected to humiliating puzzles that can be memorized, sinking their time and talent into mindless learning of basic algorithms. Is this all necessary? Several companies are now allowing and sometimes are encouraging use of A.I. during interviews. In this talk we'll explore both sides of the interview, and align the motivations of both the hiring team, and the candidates to the modern age of A.I.
