Every engineering leader today is under pressure to “do something with AI.” The challenge is figuring out how to infuse AI into the day-to-day work of teams without falling into hype or overwhelming them with complexity. True transformation goes beyond adopting tools or models, it requires rethinking how teams build, how platforms enable them, and how culture evolves.
Drawing on my experience leading an ML platform team, I’ll share a leadership playbook for navigating this transformation. We’ll explore three dimensions leaders must balance: guiding teams through the transition to AI-first ways of building, empowering them with the right tooling, guardrails, and abstractions to make AI practical, and fostering a culture where AI adoption becomes natural and sustainable.
This session is designed for technical leaders who want to move beyond experiments and pilots and walk away with a practical framework for driving lasting AI impact in their organizations.
